    I bought the template Discussion on Sonorama - Music Band & Musician WordPress Theme and the purchase code is: 723f08b6-3ecd-4051-aa5b-439238d6d691 - 23 Dec 2016 I have many problems with the template and that I bought it on 12/23/2016. I have contacted the technical support but I always get error of page: The page requested is temporarily disabled. This is a lot, it's a shame not to have support, aside I've already seen that many people complain about the same thing. I need the return of my money already or if I am not going to report it in the country. Massively delaying my progress and productivity.



    You have made me lose the project and the client. I want the money back.

    I don't know what going on, but now you can post in our support system and I'm sure it's working good in any time. I don't know why it not working for you in 23 Dec 2016.

    Unfortunately, our policy don't let you demand a refund because the files are already downloaded in your computer.

    Maybe you can provide me some problems not working for you?

    The problem
    comes when importing the demo-content archiver there I get all error and
    does not leave finish installing the template.

    And
    it is not that I worked on 23 or not, it is about giving service,
    because the support paid did not work, and I have already read in the
    reviews that I am not the only one that has problems.
    You do not give support service and this is against you because most of the people who buy need the technical support.
    I need a solution to this problem.

    1. To clearly we always provide support for our customers from Monday to Friday and response within 24 hours. Others complain always come when they don't want receive our effort to help.

    2. I will help you import it, do you have anything you want save it? I will reset your website and try import with myself or do you want duplicator package and install it with yourself? It's easier to create a demo site look like live preview.
