    Thank you for your reply
    Sorry we don't have ftp access on that server... It's a developing machine I access using remote desktop and cannot provide foreign access... if you suggest me what to check I will do

    Hi,

    Now, I see you had replace all images with your images and now the loading image problem is gone. But if you want increase your page speed, I think you will need make some optimize for your image, the image size very large so it will impact to your page speed.

    Hi,

    Yes, there is the free online tools when you search it on google. Most tools suggested a lot of people is: https://tinypng.com/. Please try compression your image before use it.

    Unfortunately, for the works section, it's beyond my support because we just provide an template, if you want connect it to aspx, you will need do it and try it by your self. I can't make sure anything because it's beyond functional template. I hope you're understanding what I trying explain.

    Hi,

    don't worry I understand, I'm not asking evidently to debug an aspx page :-)
    I downloaded RIOT and threating images with it (it makes same work of Tinypng but offline).

    About the site I need to know if you changed something (a script in page, a linked js, a preload function or I dont know whart else).
    I created another test site on my pc and here I'm having the same problem: initial load is infinite... what should I check?

    Hi,

    The problem seem come from revolution slider image when I checked your website in first time.

    Maybe you can provide your package so I can check it for you in my server?

    Hi,

    I'm so sorry, but I can't debug it when it's working within aspx page.

    If you want report it such as a bug, please provide me a website with original item (html template) not include your aspx code.

    Sorry for inconvenience.

    Hi,

    I see the problem with the about page now, you can try use this css to fixed it:

    .page-about .image {margin: 93% auto 0;}

    The problem come from the content in your about page longer than our section, so it's cause the problem.

    Ok, thx!

    I'm not sure but I think I found the problem on initial loader: it may be related to googlemaps api slowliness... however my Customer asked to remove the initial loader so this solve radically the matter.
    Please help me to remove it: I already hide the initial logo commenting the layer-loade div, now I need to block the bar on top of page (maybe I could even turn it white so nobody see it but I need you to tell me where to find it in css or js).

    Wait for your hints, thx

    Hi,

    Please try follow my steps to disable the loader screen:

    1. Remove this script:

    <script src="scripts/vendor/pace.js"></script>

    2. Remove html code:

    <div id="layer-loade">
      <p class="logo-intro">phototheme</p>
    </div>

    3. Add this css:

    #layer-loade, .pace .pace-progress {display: none;}

    Please try and let me know if it not working for you.

    It's quite complex and I will try ask our developer, if there are any solution to resolve this problem for you. I will let you know soon.

    Hi,

    I'm developer update it now, please try download the attached file and replace it in your website. Please update it in: styles and scripts folder.

    The update from our developer:

    They still have trouble viewing all content if it is too long. If it happens only removes the class .vcenter that is inside the container .layer-page.page-about

    Hi,
    I got an issue with files you sent me: while I rest in index-menu-classic.html visiting various layer-page all works great but if i go to blog/news page (blog-menu-classic.html) and then come back clicking on contact menu voice (or any other menuvoice that links back to index-menu-classic...) the height of contact layer-page is wrong and I see a slice of homepage's main slider at bottom of the page... help!
