I'm getting an intermittent issue, where the site sometimes will not load. I've attached an image of the error message i get when this happens. please advise.
this is a completely intermittent and spontaneous issue, so its been hard to troubleshoot. at the moment I can't access the site from my iPhone via safari, but other people in the room can from their iPhones. i CAN access it from an iPad, but theres an error message that sometimes shows up under the navbar with the same header calling error message. no problems on desktop/laptop. a few months ago I had a support ticket open that was solved by adding code to the style sheet. wondering if that may have anything to do with as I've copied your code and added it to cover additional pages?
With my checked, I don't see any problem when I checked your website. I think it's the problem from caches feature of godaddy hosting, please try flush caches from GoDaddy in your website and clear caches, cookies then check it again.
The problem with php code can't fixed with custom style. But I think when you clear your caches and cookies in your device it will work well for you again.

Our hosting is godaddy. it's their "managed wordpress" hosting. I have not added any new plugins in the past 2 or 3 months.
