    HI, is it somehow possible to customize the number of shown artists? Default is 4, but as we are 5 members I would like to change it to 5

    That would be better than the two internal pages and doubled artists.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it's quite complex to do because it will need change the theme file and plugin file then effect to the script plugin too. So sorry but I can't help you do it, it's beyond my support we can provide.

    Hi,

    I tried update it in my demo here: http://jelly.tienloc.net/muziq/. Please note: it just work with normal size (1240px or bigger), in responsive mode, it still work like original.

    If you want do it in your website, you can follow the steps:

    1. Please download my attached file and replace it in: /wp-content/plugins/muziq-jellythemes-plugin/blocks/jellythemes.artists.php.

    2. Please add the css code in the path: Appearance -> Theme Editor -> Style.css, please put it in the end of the file:

    Wow cool. 

    I tested your page on Mac:
    Firefox and Chrome are ok, Safari shows a strange behaviorsometimes it shows the first artist, sometimes not.

    Hi,

    Please add the css code in the path: Appearance -> Theme Editor -> Style.css, please put it in the end of the file:

    Then check your website again.

    I wanted to create another ticket but your ticketz systems tells me my buying code is for another envato product (strange)

    Hi,

    I'm not sure why this happen, it's happen in same hosting? It's work well in my server, sometime the server setting cause some unknown error.

    Do you have any hosting package in other hosting provider? If you have, maybe you can try it again?

    Also, please don't comment your problem in other public ticket.

    We have tried it on 3 different packages at the same hosting service (strato.de). But it is a well known, one of the biggest hosting services. 

    • 256 MB PHP Memory Limit
    • max. data upload is 64 MB
    • PHP 7

    Even dreamweaver and XMLMIND report a problem in the XML file.

    Hi,

    As I trying your website, I think this is the problem come from your hosting provider.

    Maybe you can ask them import it for you so we can check it come from where? I'm working on vps and I don't meet this problem.

    Our developer take a look on it and they told we need check with hosting provider first. Sorry for all inconvenience.

    I am almost on it. Demo content from you is available (hopefully everything). 

    1. How can I set that the page scrolls down (like here http://jellydemos.com/wordpress/muziq/hardrock/#contact) when I click on the menu? It opens the single pages right now. 

    2. And where can I set the content of the page? How to set the appearance and the order?

    Hi,

    - Please use custom link for one page version, custom link will like: http://youraddress/#page-slug
    - How do check page slug:

    • Click Screen Options at the top right
    • Choose and make a check for slug
    • Check page slug at the end of the page

    - Then put your text in link text and custom link like: http://youraddress/#page-slug in custom link to make it work in one page version.

    cool, thanks. Took me a while to understand but now it is fine.

    1. Is there a way to change the time: instead of 8pm I would need 20.00 (european style)

    2. Is there a way that past events go to a kind of history?

    2. I don't understand it clearly, but to make anything with past event is customization and we don't provide support for it.

    3. It's similar with the original demo, you can check the order of gallery in my screenshot below.
