Ok, figured out the main issue. Its an encryption problem, probably something to do with MAC vs PC. but I don't know. I'm back to where I was last night. Have the theme installed. Going to attempt to follow the instructions very closely from here on out. Thanks.

This is after making the WP Memory 256M in wp-config
Maybe you can check this problem with your hosting provider? I think they will able to check on it because we can't control or configuration in your hosting.

I was able to get the file uploaded and installed thru FTP. Having trouble now with the Virtual Composer, its saying there isn't a license
