    Hello,

I recently purchased the theme and imported the demo. I would like to do the following. Please tell me if this is possible.

    1. Simply swap out the demo's content with my own content. When I click on Edit with Visual Composer, all of the content disappears, and I have to select what I want to add to my page. Is it possible to just edit the content in the demo?

    2. Where are the demo photos? Does the theme come with the photos? If so, why werent the photos imported into the website? The areas where the photos are supposed to appear are blank.

    3. What is your average support response time?

    Hi,

    1. I don't know why the sample demo disappear when you click it. Maybe you can take a screencast to help me understand it better?

    2. I've answered for this question in other tickets. But you can read it again below:

The image in our live preview have ecommerce license, so it can't include in sample data. But if you want, I can send you the xml include the photos, but this just for test, you can't use the image in your real site.
Do you want get the xml include the photos?

    3. Our support will work in: Monday to Friday and we will start first response to you within 24 hours.

    Best Regards,
    Jelly Team

Hi, I included an example. When I edit my website using the Visual Composer, everything disappears and it's making me start from scratch. I only have the option to add elements, text block, and a template versus swapping things out from the demo.  Also, can you please send the XML files for the demo photos as well as instructions on how to import it? I will not use the photos for my site. The photos are to help me understand where things go.

    Hi,

Please don't use front end editor, because we don't support it for our shortcodes.

You will need use Backend Editor to working on it.

I'm attached the demo with photo for one page and multipages, so you can choose one. You can see the quick setup video: http://goo.gl/6H8SYi.

Does this mean I have to reinstall a new WordPress theme in order to get the demo contents? Also, do you all have something similar that you support for the front end editor? THat is much easier than using the back end editor.

    Hi,

The problem in here because you don't understand the way our theme work.

In our theme, each section will available in each page.

    Please check our explain below.

    1. For one page version:

    • You will need create homepage.
    • Create another page like About – Contact – ect …
    • In Parent choose homepage you wish.

Example: if you want a slider default, you will need use Page Photo Slider Template -> Setup your images in Slider option and it's call Home Page.

To add about page under home page, you will need create about page -> select home page become parent page of about page, then add your content in here.

Please note the home page template (Page Photo Slider, Page Video Slider, ect...) not print any elements from visual composer. It just print the slider option only.

    2. For multiple pages version:

    • Create new page with parent page template.
    • Create another page like child page to include the content.
    • In child page choose parent page you wish to display content for this parent page.
    • Create menu with link is parent page link.

I hope it's clearly for you now.

To import the demo, you will need reset your website to clear all current data. When you can figure out and import it, I think you can do it again, if you cannot, let me know, I will help you do it.

Also, please check our document in documentation -> index.html (click to open it on browser and read), there are include few images with back-end and front-end for each section and maybe helpful for you, please try read it.

The front-end editor will need support from visual composer author, but they not give any documentation about it, so we can't do anything to make our shortcodes in visual composer compatible with front-end editor.

    Best Regards,
    Jelly Team
