I think the issue is when it says that I must copy the embedded google map

Then it is using those width and height dimensions? In the map settings it says "map height", what should that be set at?

In our theme, we don't use google maps embed from visual composer.
Please go to JellyThemes -> Choose Map, then add your coordinates. You can check my screenshot to help you understand it better: http://take.ms/3VfG4.
