I have successfully downloaded and installed the Muziq theme. I had also uploaded the demo files to modify my pages using the themes templates with visual composer. However, when I try to open visual composer it required a licence (when it is suppose to be included in the theme). I would like to know how to obtain the licence.
However this did not solve my issue as i have have been on that thread before and theres no answer.
I have attached pictures of the issue, which is that my theme came with visual composer but it does not let me access it, can you please provide me with steps on how to solve this? Or a licence key that will work?
I understand it is suppose to work upon download and that you guys are independent from code canyon, i would appreciate you helping me out.

Hello, Yes, the template library access requires a direct purchase of visual composer. Since the one which comes as a part of the theme is an in-direct purchase, the feature is not available in it.
I don't have any line support to call for you and my speak skill so bad, so sorry about that.
But when you mentioned it not work, maybe you can help me know what not work in your website? I will help you walk through our theme step by step.
The first suggestion:
+ Please import the demo content first. You can see the quick setup video: http://goo.gl/6H8SYi
Then, please check our explain below about our theme structure.
1. For one page version:
You will need create homepage.
Create another page like About – Contact – ect …
In Parent choose homepage you wish.
Example: if you want a slider default, you will need use Page Photo Slider Template -> Setup your images in Slider option and it's call Home Page.
To add about page under home page, you will need create about page -> select home page become parent page of about page, then add your content in here.
Please note the home page template (Page Photo Slider, Page Video Slider, ect...) not print any elements from visual composer. It just print the slider option only.
2. For multiple pages version:
Create new page with parent page template.
Create another page like child page to include the content.
In child page choose parent page you wish to display content for this parent page.
Sorry for late, can I remove all current date in your website? You will need backup your whole site and let's me know when it's done. I will start process it for you.
Also, maybe you can provide ftp information? I will try import it for you through ftp if I can't do it in wordpress dashboard.

Hi,
You don't need license to use it, it's come with theme package. The license only for update plugin.
