To change slider speed, please following instruction:

+ Go to theme folder -> js -> open default.js
+ Go to find the text: "owl-main", then change: slideSpeed, autoPlay, goToFirstSpeed, with the number you want.
+ Save change and check your website.

If you want remove slider in mobile, please try this custom style:

@media screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #home-slider {display: none;}
}

Please add the css code in the path: Appearance -> Theme Editor -> Style.css, please put it in the end of the file.
