How do I receive the messages from users when they fill out the contact form?

How can I set up the contact form to receive the information that my users send?

I have used the form to test what happens, but I do not see any email or notification that any message was sent.

    Hi,

Seems no problem with our code or functions PHP in your hosting provider but this issue maybe by the configurate in your hosting.

Some case the email will go to the email box in Cpanel or they had block function send email PHP, please contact hosting provider and try get help from them.

Also, you can setup email in Settings -> General -> Admin email.

Thanks for your reply. I first want to make sure I understand your reply correctly.

    1. I should ask my provider "Are any emails being sent to the email box in the Cpanel?" and "Is there a block function send email PHP?"

    - So these are the potential causes of the problem.

    2. Your click route info is clear, but from where can I set up the email? Like from the wordpress dashboard, the rebirth options menu, or in my hosting website?

    - I don't see this click route for any of these places. Also, because I have never set this up and am unaware of how to setup the email, it would make sense that I never received anything.

So maybe you could help me find and access this menu first?

Then if it does not work, I must contact my provider.

    Thank you for you help!

    Hey,

    1. I will call hosting tomorrow, thanks!

    2. Now I see and understand! - Sorry but yes, I did have my email address in the field. So it seems the problem lies with my host. I will contact them tomorrow, test and reply with my findings!

    Thanks!
