I've downloaded the zipfile solid and placed the file in the folder wp-content/themes/ (because i use Xampp to built my site in an area on my own computer first)
But after placing the file in there i got the message in Wordpress that a stylesheet is missing...
The zip file doesn't contain a file named style.css.
I downloaded a couple of other themes, which all contained a style.css file..

Unfortunately, you're mistake and purchase template not wordpress version, so you can't use it in wordpress.
