There seems to be an issue with the native contact form on the EPIC theme - no emails go through to the recipient, and no email copy is sent to the sender.
Some case the email will go to the email box in Cpanel or they had block function send email PHP, please contact hosting provider and try get help from them.
I've checked with the hosting providers, they stated that I should speak to you.
I've attempted this using Contact Form 7, and the emails get sent through straight away, so I believe the issue may be with the built in form on your site.
If there is no easy fix for the emails to get sent through, is there a way to hide the contact form from the footer of the website?

Hi,
I think the smtp will help you in this case, but to simple for you, I think contact form 7 is good.
If you want hide the contact form, go to contact page under home page and remove the contact form page builder item.
