You can check the video background demo and you will see, there isn't music player in this site because it not support even you using your phone to check it, I hope it's clearly for you now.
For the last version of visual composer, please download it in attached file.
I'm not sure what they do, I've work with many authors theme and they don't have a good solution to run a background video on mobile devices. Even the revolution slider plugin can't run the background video on mobile devices.
I don't know who can do it, so I can't suggest anything.

As the gallery already available in your site now. The image and the video is a part of gallery, you can't separate it. If you just need only video, please update only video.

2. You can check this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/. It's contain the option to block ip from specific country, but this option only available in pro version.

When you are removing something from Admin Dashboard, not quite. For example, you can remove sections https://tppr.me/537jl by pressing Trash and they'll go to Trash https://tppr.me/GHcTL where if you can click Delete Permanently and they will be removed without any recovery.

Connect to your FTP and download /sonorama folder. Archive it and send it to developer. They'll do all the work, show you the result and send it back to you. So they won't get any access to your server and you also can tell them to do whatever customization you want. In the code or design, for example.
You can change it to Buy Sinlge. Search for "Buy Album" here /sonorama/inc/functions.shortcodes.php
In some cases email can go to the email box of your Cpanel. Also email PHP function could be blocked by your hosting provider. Please contact them and ask about this issue.

When you are deleting something from menu then of course.
