"No CSS File included in download" (#1381930) / JellyThemes

When I install the wp zip file I get the following message:
Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-11209083--elixir-restaurant-wordpress-theme.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.
