There is a problem with the submenu on firefox browser on computer, it is impossible to click on the second submenu when you hover your mouse on top of it it disappear.
On ipad horizontal layout when you click on a menu which has sub menu, the menu name shifts left so it creates a huge gap, you can see the sub menus though.
On android mobile phone i can not open the menu....
I have added default.js fix but still have the same problem.
Also there is a problem with the contact form, Try to send an email through the contact form I did not receive it Thanks

I don't see you setup your menu link, so it can't work as it should. As the menu link for menu should be: http://muratkuscu.info/test/menu.html to open full menu or http://muratkuscu.info/test/#menu to work in one page style, it can't work with: http://muratkuscu.info/test/#1.
Yes, it's possible to add menu in one page, you can choose anything you need, it's up to you.
