    Hello,

    I'm facing some issues:

    1. The video background is not working with Chrome/Windows (pages: Home and Work);

    2. The font doesn't work with IE/Windows.

    Please, tell me how to fix it.

    1. What version of Windows and Chrome are you using? Could you please tell us does our demo work for you? For example this one: http://jellydemos.com/wordpress/epic/multipage-works/

    2. What version of IE are you using? Could you please send us a screenshot with this problem? Just any part of the site where fonts don't work.

    Windows 8
    Chrome 63.0.3239.132 64bits

    It works fine with Mac.

    Please see attached the screenshot - it appears a serif font

    Meanwhile could you please open Chrome Developer Tools (https://developer.chrome.com/devtools) press Console and copy everything from it https://tppr.me/Sw2nI and post here?

    I am sorry for delay. We can't really replicate these issues so we need more time.

    Could you please find another Windows PC and see if it (both issues) will work there?

    I found another machine and tests were ok, the website works fine (video and font), so I believe that maybe it's a problem with the first PC I tested, but I have no idea what could it be.

    Hello again,

    Yes, that's what we've thought too. We've tested it on several machines and also services like browserstack.com but nothing wrong.

    Also other customers didn't report about problems like you've had.

    On your Chrome are you using some ad blocking software or maybe your cookie weren't activated?

    I'm not sure right now, it's not my machine. I'm going to check and reply to you as soon as I can. But if this is an isolated case as it seems to be, I'm feeling relieved.
