The template on themeforest is not working so this means everybody who are using this template effected. do you think it is hacking or something are we safe?

We noticed that too.
Could you please comment a map section if you are using one? And also every embedded code (google statistics, facebook api and so on).

As a temporary solution please try this:
The issue is with the latest Google Maps.
If you force an earlier version by adding the following Tag, the template will work.

is this fix an update or only revert back to old code?
Not sure that I can understand you. It is an update of Elixir template to fix loading problem. The problem was in Google Map.
You can download whole archive or change the <script> lines in your template files.
