    The xml demo import fails and the website has text jumbled and looks nothing like the demo

    You've installed you theme wrong (did you use FTP method?). I've fixed it. Please take a look at Homepage.

    You also need to fill out Social Links in the Footer Theme Options and change Twitter Account name.
