The best way to translate our theme is to use a plugin. For example, Loco Translate. Just install, activate it and find lines: Phone:, Email:, Contact:, and so on.
You can also change contact form directly in rebirth-jellythemes-plugin/blocks/jellythemes.contact-form.php
