However, I can't scroll back to top by clicking the Home bottom on the menu, other bottoms(About, Menu, Gallery...) work well, would you please help? thank you!

Custom Link for Home should have #home-slider which is section id for slider. Now it works. Please check and let me know.

Hi there, I intentionally delete the page slug from the url as I want to compare the difference.
Currently I switched back to Home-Video based web page, I got the #home-video page slug in the url.

Yes, of course. You need to change http://kookooburger.com.au/#home-video to http://kookooburger.com.au/#home-slider in your Menu.
