1. You should be able to translate our theme using Loco Translate plugin or similar. Theme has /language/dezibel-jellythemes.pot.
As for date format, there is no a simple way of doing this, I am afraid. That will require a serious customization. Please contact developers at https://studio.envato.com/, https://www.upwork.com/ or similar.
3. Please use my suggestion from 1 for text translation. You can also find this text in dezibel-jellythemes-plugin/blocks/jellythemes.event-list.php:40 if Loco Translate won't work for you for some reason.

Is there an easy way to simply translate the name of the months?
If you are referring to Event List then please go to dezibel-jellythemes-plugin/blocks/jellythemes.event-list.php line 34 and replace
date('M\'y'
to
date_i18n('M\'y'I've tried to do it but for some reason I can't apply changes with wp-admin plugin editor.
