I've checked in my installed plug list and it's not there...what should I do? How can I disable de black menu highlighting when I scroll?
You are referring to https://tppr.me/XCtil, am I correct? And you want to change it's size, right? Could you please also elaborate what does "size" means? Is it font size or space between elements?
Could you please also tell me what do you mean by "place of the menu bar"?
Because it it's not in the demo and you want to change it then it means you'll have find a developer that will change theme's code and customize it to look how do you want. If you need some minor change then I can give you CSS code to work with. But for complex customizations you should contact freelance developers from https://studio.envato.com/ or similar website.
