Hello. We have a contact form with a CAPTCHA field running on a site using this theme, which has worked fine until recently. A while ago the CAPTCHA field disappeared and no longer displays, which prevents the form from displaying. I'm looking at the page errors are there are few jQuery errors present in the theme that I'm thinking may be the cause of the conflict, could you take a look please? Thanks.

    Hello,

As I can see you've commented theme's built-in form and replaced it with GravityForms, is it correct?

Yes, due to our needing spam protection. We did this a while ago and it's worked up until recently, and works if we disable the Orion2 theme files.

Unfortunately, we don't provide support for the customizations you've made. Please check Envato's support policy https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy.

I've checked for js errors and can see that there are a couple of them https://tppr.me/iEIIV. Please fix them. Maybe they are related to your problem.

I have a staging site with Orion running without any plugins or customizations and there are errors and warnings present, which appear to be tied to Google Maps. Can we get a version of the theme that runs on its own without errors and we'll go from there on our end? Thanks.

Hi. I've updated the files listed below and am still seeing the same errors. The modification dates on the files in the ZIP provided don't appear recent, can you verify that the proper files were sent? Thanks.

These errors are from the form you've added. Please remove it and check again.

I'm running this in a staging site with no other plugins running. Do you have a link to a demo site for Orion that I can review with no errors running? The one linked from Themeforest is no longer live.

There are several errors on that page, most of them are missing assets but there's a Google Maps API issue  that we're seeing on our end as well, which may be causing the conflict with our RECAPTCHA script. Per my earlier request, can we get a copy of the Orion theme files that run "out of the box" without any errors? Thanks.

Could you please send us FTP login/password/url to your website as a private message?

This is a client site, it's easier for me to run updates on my end. What would you like to do that requires FTP access?

I would like to comment your form and uncomment theme's so you can see that js errors you've got at the moment are coming from GravityForms.

Per my earlier post, I have a clean dev install without Gravityforms running and the Google Map API errors persist, hence my asking for a version of your theme that runs out-of-the-box without errors (which the demo you sent me does not either). Here's our site with Gravityforms unistalled, note the Google Map API errors: http://lift.staging.wpengine.com/

Now please go to Orion2 Options > Contact Info > add Location latitude coordinate / Location longitude coordinate values.

They don't have a physical location and hence nothing to populate this values with. Note that on the demo site link you sent me there are Google Map API Javascript errors in the error console as well, and the map display on the site (front-end) is also showing an error.

Sure. Which files have been changed compared to the latest version of the theme available from Themeforest?
