Hi, I can't import the demo content to Dezibel theme. I followed the instruction but after loading for a while, most of the demo contents were failed to upload. Would you please let me know how can I import them?
Could you please send us ftp login/password/url to your website as a private message? I would like to activate wp_debug as I think there is not enough memory on your server to import media files (images, audio,...).
I've imported pages and other data + Slider Revolution. But there is a problem with media import so please import your own images/mp3 and assign them to Albums, Multimedia, Tracks and so on.

- The WPBakeryPage Builder stops responding on the usual "edit page" section, and if I get into it through "Frontend Editor", part of the elements on some columns has gone, like the counter section has no timer shown anymore ,and there are also some blank columns were added automatically.
- Some default titles are not responsive when browsing on mobile devices, you can see the length of the title "Biography" is longer than the width of the browser on mobile device(I have tried it on the simulation on WPBAKERYPAGE Builder and my mobile as well).
- Moreover, please let me know how could I change the font colour of these titles. The default font colour is white but when I change the background to white colour, the fonts won't be shown because the background and the font are both in white colour.
- When there are columns within the same row, the column does not fit the mobile screen and if the word is too long, it will not be shorten and continue on the next row but continue showing though the edge of the screen instead(I suppose the responsive function will work on this but if I change the settings on "responsive option", the layout of the columns on the normal desktop browser will shift too).
- The video on the top is not shown on those devices.
- When browsing on mobile devices, the loading speed is very slow.
1. I haven't modify any shortcodes on the backend, the problem just happened suddenly when I was modifying the location of the rows. Do you mean the problem of the counter is also caused by the shortcode?
2. Please let me know when it's fixed or let me know how could I fix this by settings.
3. I tried the Inverse Colour choice, but the colour of the title remains unchanged.
4. I couldn't view the website on mobile device right now even I disable the "coming soon" function, so I can't get a screen shot for you now. I can view it on desktop browser, but not mobile browser. Could you please check this for me as well.
5. Yes, but I set the video on the column setting instead of Revolution Slider and WPBakery Row Video Background. I wanted to show you the exact way but seems like I can't choose the column under WPBakery full screen mode(this is the only way I can access to the editor right now).

2. Sorry about that. I've contacted our developers about this and it looks like that About section was designed that way to have the title always in white. Please add this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

I can make it perfect on the mobile view, but only on the desktop version, everything shifts to the left and I can't find the setting for horizontal. Please let me know.
For the preview problem, the website shown as an usual one(but of course with the problems we just worked out), I can still view it, but it is really more convenient if the preview on the WPBakery works.
Now to center a column please use this and click 3 columns https://tppr.me/nHfgc. After put biography content in the middle one. It should center it. Please also keep in mind that you need to set https://tppr.me/7jQyj to default.
I made it by duplicating the whole row and deleted the other 2 columns then the remaining one will be be centred. I don't know why it worked in this way.
It's getting closer to what I wanted but I want to know one more thing, how could I modify the fonts on text blocks? I could change the font style on the dropdown menu, but nothing changes even I switch to other fonts like paragraph, heading 123, etc.

5. By default every mobile browser won't play background videos on pages because of performance limitations and traffic economy.
6. No, what I meant was do you have the same problem with the theme installed on our sever? What phone are you using and what OS does it have?

To change fonts please try https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-google-fonts/. Theme doesn't have such option, I am afraid.
There is no need to add emails to newsletter form because it takes admin email from WordPress and uses it to receive customer's emails.
