The first time I have purchased this template three years ago. It perfectly fitted to all my needs!

Some weeks ago I figured that the background video is not playing anymore. After a round of trouble shooting and research I came to the result, that this is all related to the autoplay polices changes in google chrome.

I tried finding solutions for all possibilities were mentioned in the link above.
I could not get any further than just to mute the video, to make it autoplay. But, since my business is motion picture, music and sound, the muted workaround is absolutly not satisfying!

I checked back at Themeforest and had to learn, that the preview is playing perfectly. Also the „View more“ Button under the Portfolio.

I did not hesitate to purchase a new license, because this is a wonderful Portfolio template. 

I’ve uploaded the whole package - as is - to my server for testing purposes, with the result, that the background video is not autoplaying with sound in Google Chrome, as it does in the presented demo on Themeforest.
At least the portfolio details view seems to be working, but not the „View more“ button under the Portfolio section.

It looks like the alleged new package is not the same as the live preview of the template you introduce on Themeforest. The live demo seems to be made with Wordpress.
To me this is an issue if the product you’re showing is not the same you’re selling. It was just because of the working live demo on Themeforest, I’ve purchased a second license of this theme.

I am aware that customization is not part of the license agreement.
Nevertheless - I did already gave the „View more“ button a miss 3 years ago.
But, what I can not give up, is a autoplaying video with sound in the background. At least as showed in your live preview.

Regarding to google chromes autoplay policy changes I think it would be much better to start the video muted and have a style able unmute/mute button.
Also - That would totally crank this template up.

I know as much that it is possible and quiet easy for a coder, than it would be for me. Because, I don’t know much enough about coding to progress hand over hand through the entire jquery/javascript whatsoever to get this implemented into this particular template...

I've even tried... And I actually can add a Button. I can probably style it. I just don't know how to call the function mute/unmute in the javascript... whatsoever. I really hope you can help me out here.
