How do I change the font size of the nav bar? – Please add this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.navbar-default .navbar-nav li a {font-size: 18px;}
Also I want to move footer contact to a separate page. – There is no way of doing that without customization, I am afraid. Footer is programmed inside of the theme so you can't move it to a different page.
