Please help me find a solution to this problem
Hello,
Here's the error you need to fix:
Are you sure that this plugin is compatible with WPBakery?
Best Regards,
Jelly Team
Hello,
Where can I fix this error? in which page?
This plugin is normally compatible.
Here is the link that describes it
https://codecanyon.net/item/before-after-image-viewer-addon-for-visual-composer/18372496?_ga=2.206558611.1438973935.1531269492-558525911.1502848902
Can I try changing the theme to Twenty Seventeen for a test?
Best Regards,
Jelly Team
Yes you can
Unfortunately, it does seem that this plugin is not compatible with the theme.
Could you please contact plugin developers and ask about this issue? It's strange that every shortcode from WPBakery works except this one.

Jelly Team
