Looking for advice to change the colors on the start-up screen. Currently when the site first loads it has a black background and gold rotating logo. Where/how can this be changed?
Also looking for information about the sticky menu that isn't present on the following two pages recently created:

Loading logo is .svg animation so you can't change it's color easily. Please go to header.php line 17 and change img src.
To change loader background please add this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

I've commented svg animation file correctly so it should work now. The problem is that the media file is empty.

Really sorry about that. Unfortunately sticky menu doesn't work on pages like these:
