I have recently purchased the Elixir WordPress theme but this will not upload to WordPress. It gets to 99% and then I get a message saying the link has expired.
I have tested the WordPress site by uploading a different theme and this is working perfectly.
As I have purchased and downloaded the theme I can not get a refund, so I am hoping you can help with this issue. I have no idea why this will not upload.
