My video parallax stopped working shortly after going live. The only difference is I added an SSL certificate to my domain. Would this have an effect?

Please install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/. It should fix the problem.

After installation did you fix problems with Mixed content?
