    How can I upload this theme to wordpress? I tried uploading the entire zip file, and then a smaller zip...no dice.

    It gives me an error says: "theme is missing the style.css stylesheet."

    Please advise.

    These are not what my files look like. For some reason Themeforest only let me download VERSION 1.3.....where can I get the 1.3.2 like in this video? Also, the DEMO content folder does not have this file inside it either.

    Ok so I purchased the theme as well. I installed it but the DEMO Content won't appear. I followed every step in the video - it seems to not have worked when I tried to import it. It said it was successful on the import but the content didn't show up on the site. Do you have another Demo content XML file? or one that works with the newest verison of Wordpress? I'd appreciate....almost there!

    I found out, it was set on Home page instead of Home, my bad. But now I am not able to make the slider stop moving, with just one slide. I found this instructional from you, but how do I locate this file without a program like dreamweaver? I am just using Wordpress to build. Pls advise, thanks

    How do I get the slider to stop sliding? I just want a static image. I cannot locate the filename that  you referenced for this. I even searched all the files in FIlezilla.... there is no "default.js" file anywhere. Please advise

  • Derek Moore replied

    Part of the same problem, the slider...there seems to be a big red dot and line in the middle of the Slider. Here is the site: https://derekjamesmoore.com/

    Please help

  • Derek Moore replied

    I checked again, tThis file does not exist anywhere...how else can I stop the slider from changing the image?

    Really sorry about this. Could you please go to /themes/sonorama/js/plugins.js line 115 and change play: 10000, to play: 0,

    Please add this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .main-title {
        display: none !important;
    }

    It'll remove dot and line.

    Please check and let me know.

  • Derek Moore replied

    I found the file and it wasn't on line 115, but I changed the 1000 to 0 on line 113 and uploaded it and it didn't fix the slider issue.

    Also, what's the deal with these black lines over the main slider image? Shown below:

  • Derek Moore replied

    Sorry, here are the black lines...attached.

    These lines are there for design purposes. You can remove them by adding this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .overlay {
        display: none !important;
    }

    I keep trying to load the new logo again. I've cleared my cache in multiple browsers, it will still not show the new logo.

  • Derek Moore replied

    Also, those black linnes are back...even though the custom CSS is still in there.

    Unfortunately, no.

    I tried editing some other things, and none of the items I change are showing up on the site. Pls advise

    You have installed Cache plugin you need to clean every time you change something and then clean your browser's cache otherwise you won't see any change.

    Jelly Team

  • Derek Moore replied

    Yes, your image looks good, the slider I is done :) but pardon my novice, but I didn't install any Cache plugin. All I do is clear my browser Cache, the theme has it's own cache? How do I clear that?

    Also, I am having trouble with the logo, it seems to be sticking to the bottom of the header and overlapping onto the page. Is there a way to raise the logo so it is centered in the header? Attached image

    You've got Endurance Cache https://derekjamesmoore.com/wp-admin/options-general.php#epc_settings installed. I guess it comes with the Bluehost plugin.

    Please check the logo now. I've added the code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    Jelly Team

  • Derek Moore replied

    Ok I turned off the cache feature so hopefully I shoudn't have to keep doing that...and I saw what you changed on the logo margin CSS, I appreciate that. But when I change the px size on the logo margin, nothing changes on the site. I changed it to 224px and changed it to just 4px and it always displays the same. Is there something wrong w my cache again? Or is it not adjustable? This seems very counter intuitive...I must be doing something wrong.... I just want the logo centered in there.

    Where did you change that? Please go to https://derekjamesmoore.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2F and change .main-logo.

  • Derek Moore replied

    Yes, that is where I was changing it

  • Derek Moore replied

    I just tried it again, You'll notice the padding number is very different now but the logo is in the same spot.

    You are making changes to Additional CSS on https://derekjamesmoore.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2F, correct?

    Did you make changes to this CSS

    @media only screen and (max-width: 976px) {
    .main-logo {margin-top: 26px;}
    }

    If so then you need to resize browser's window to 975px to see the change.

    Please try to make change to

    .main-logo {
    margin-top: 36px;
    }
