Yes, of course. Please check http://jellydemos.com/wordpress/manson/documentation/ > Loading XML file and Importing samble data. Please don't use archives from the documentation but please use from the attachemnt https://jellythemes.ticksy.com/ticket/2135434/#comment-10947571 instead.
Please also note that for the best results you need to remove previously imported data and only then import the new one.
