Could you contact your hosting and ask if mail() PHP function is working?
Meanwhile I created this Contact Form 7 http://www.futurasolutions.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7&post=544&active-tab=0 and replaced the one that comes with the theme. Could you change the email and check?
