Could you elaborate more? Are you referring to Right Mouse Click > Download Image?

On the right hand side of the mp3s there is a vertical "..." when a user clicks it - it allows one to download the file
Users can download everything on the site anyway. Before playing browser downloads the music file so user can just take it from the cache or use Download Manager.
