I wanted to ask this to WPbakery but i have to pay in order to ask a question to them. I want the portfolio element only i don't want every category in the element when i post in on a page. I want to choose what categories i put in it when i place the portfolio element.

Unfortunately, Jellythemes' Portfolio element https://tppr.me/QH5pW doesn't have such functionality. However please check WPBakery's Post Masonry Grid or similar element. Please check https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/post-and-custom-posts-type-grid/ > You can use Narrow data source to filter by categories.
