Good morning I'm trying to install the theme but it's not working. XML file isn’t loading. The WPBakery Page Builder has an update.
The plugins do not show that all 4 are installed with a complete notification. XML screen doesn't show anything at all. I increased the server time out. But I'm still not having any luck.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to import images (server dropped the import process). However I imported pages and other content. So please import your images.
It doesn't look like the Hip Hop layout. I tried to load it but it's still not working. Also the menu animation isn't working. I can upload the images myself. XML wasn't working for me to upload the theme myself. I would like the theme to load the way it shows in the demo.
Yes please can you assist with the Hip Hop layout. I need this completed by Sunday. I reached out to my hosting company. They are not having issues connecting to the site. I have no issues either.
The login information has not changed. Have you tried checking from another browser. Seems there is caching issue on your end.

You can download the guide from ThemeForest > Account > Downloads > Muziq > All Files & Documentation.
You didn't specify which demo you need so I installed the main one. Do you want me to reset your website and install HipHop demo?
