But I would like to know how to change the name of the custom links, in the main menu: 

One example is http://jellydemos.com/wordpress/decibel/package/#discography

should I change it to the name of my website?

Yes, that´s what I´m trying to do, but I can´t edit the permalinks of the demo version. When I create new pages I have no problems, but I can´t edit the demo...

I resolved the problem changing the IDs, and creating new permalinks.
