    I currently have v6.1 of this plugin installed (supplied by yourselves when I installed the Sonorama theme), and it is continually begging to be updated not only by WP Admin but also the Wordfence security plugin, but there are issues. 

    First, auto-update will not work because it is not directly licensed. Fair enough. 

    Second, It refuses to be deactivated or deleted through WP Admin dashboard, which would allow me to install a more up to date version. 

    Third, WPBakery support has sent me to you to organise the update because the plugin was installed as part of the Sonorama installation. 

    I could delete the plugin folder via FTP but I am not sure that resolves the problem as I am then without it if I need to further update the site. 

    What do I need to do at this point?
