It's nice that you have included Visual Composer(VC) as part of your theme, and from what I read in the comments that your theme doesn't require an update. However, since the license for VC is part of your theme I would hope, as I'm sure many others would, that you would update your theme download with an up-to-date VC. I think it goes a long way in showing people that have purchased the theme as well as potential future buyers that it is important to you to do so.
