I just bought the HTML Elixir template.
I uploaded the template to a test site and the cursor
stays spinning and the page doesn't load.
I need to know what happens.

Unfortunately, this didn't work for me. Could you go to index.html, find line 583 and replace http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false with https://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false.
It's right. That was the cause... https:// instead http:// on maps.google.com.....url
It should also be applied to the page -gallery.html-, line 299; -reservations.html- line 224;
contact.html line 157; about.html line 242; menu.html line 447; index-multi-page.html line 425
