What exactly did you have to do to fix this? If I need to reinstall at some point down the road, is this a fix I can perform myself, or will I have to contact you again to resolve the issue?

Anytime I click on a menu item or try to access a page other than the main page, I get a black screen with a grey "x" in the upper corner.
