It seems the downloaded theme I bought the file structure is not correct. I am missing the CSS file. I know the work around and what to do, but nothing is working. I have installed and updated many themes, but this theme is an issue. I am also getting the link has expired. Any help would be appreciated.

After manually installing via Filezilla, I still get the error:-(
I don't know everything, but I have installed numerous WP Themes. Sorry for the hassle.
The issue is that you purchased the template instead of the WordPress theme.
You cannot install templates. Dezibel is similar to Soundlab: https://themeforest.net/item/dezibel-music-band-musician-wordpress-theme/21263691?s_rank=9
