my website is making good progress. Thanks for your support so far.

I was looking for a sticky menu at the top of my screen hence I added some css code but if I scroll down the background should change to black otherwise I can't see the menu in case of a white background.

Basically everything I need to know is in this page. Are you able to import it into my website? Or please answer my questions.
