I would like to change some details. In the social networks section, change g + to instagram. There is an mp3 player in the header section, I would like to change it to embed links from spotify or soundcloud. And I would like to remove the tweet section, or change it to a Facebook group.

In order to edit pages, you need to go to Sections: https://ed-war.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page-sections. Here you can find Home Page sections.
However, if you need to change Home Slider, you go to Pages > Home https://ed-war.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1912&action=edit
