I'm working on a website using this theme and have uploaded the theme ok but am unable to find / upload the templates where do i find these?

I have done as you suggest and all the templates are now installed, however the template is still not working on the website, whenever I enter my key it says it's invalid?? I bought this just a few hours ago. how can it be invalid? I must say this is by far the most complicated theme I have ever purchased.

What do you do next? everything I seem to do is asking me to go premium does this mean i don't get any of the templates without paying more and upgrading? If so this seems unfair. 

I just want the template i paid for to be installed so can work on this

However if honest if it is this complicated just to install the theme - which is normally very simple and straight forward task, I wonder how easy editing the site will be once all installed.

I have tried again to import your theme but have not had any luck.  As your theme does not have a built-in demo import I would like to get a refund please and purchase one that has. As I mentioned in a past email I'm worried that if it's difficult just to import the theme ( which is normally very quick & simple) changing and updating the theme would also be time-consuming. 

Could you please give me a full refund - what would you need from me and how long would this take?

Thank you again for helping to install the template, i have been working on the website today and have a few questions to ask. 

First I can't seem to build my own basic about page ( without the about heading and colour block ) I would like the about page to have an image where the colour block is -could you advise how I achieve this, please? 

I would also like to change the colours of the buttons but only seem to have 4 options to change the colour setting. How do i go about changing these colours to something of my choice? 

And finally, is there an option to add video in the sliders?

Thank you for your help, it's starting to look great! 

I have managed to add images to all of the pages fine. The only problem I'm having is with the blog page? Is this a different method? 

Also, the change in the colour I was referring to in my last email was the play button in the music player ( on the homepage slider) is there a way to change this? 

I also have just one more question - Is there a way to make the sticky banner that moves down the page ( with the menu ) semi-transparent? instead of a solid white

Thanks for this information the blog has worked fine, however, I'm still struggling with the colour changes. Is there any way that I can just simply change the 3 basic colours used in the template? This is a very simple process on past templates that I have purchased in the past.  if not then, would you help me to just remove the light blue ( i like the yellow so have this as the main colour and the red colours as the secondary  -but not the light blue, which is used mostly throughout the template ( I just wish to remove the blue) it there a simple way? 

However my main concern this evening is that I have been hacked! A page I was working on this afternoon  https://architectsofrosslyn.com/installations has simply disappeared, and I'm no longer able to find the page template which I used to build this page. Very very strange as it was all working fine earlier today.  Would you be able to show me where I can locate the cover page which shows all the albums ie all the covers!   with a black ground. 

This is very concerning as me and you are the only 2 people who have access to this account, therefore if are able to 100% confirm that no one at Jelly themes has deleted a page, we might have someone else that have the login details and have hacked me. 

I must be honest not having access to all the tools until you go pro ( another 50 dollars )  for your template is annoying when i can only use half the tool options. 

Anyway, I hope I can design something that looks half reasonable from the basic package, as the budget does not allow me to spend more. 

Look forward to hearing your thoughts on the current hack, should I be worried / concerned and change the passwords?

Yes I did see the 3 colour schemes, out of the 3 this was my favourite, however, i dislike the light blue colour 

So could we try replacing everything that is currently light blue - with the current red colour -that is used in this scheme ie only using 2 colours the current red - leave the same but also replace everything which is currently in light blue with this same red. 

Leave the yellow colour as it is ( no change - I like this colour ) 

Yes it is the http://jellydemos.com/musize/discography/ page where can I find this in my account, it seems to have completely gone? do you also have other options. 

I'm also struggling to put text onto any image/button why can I find this option?  without paying again to go Pro?

Finally, could you also let me know how I change the image on this page? http://jellydemos.com/musize/blog/albums/lost-in-the-world/ it doesn't seem to have the same option as the other pages

Sorry for the delay getting back to you, I've had a busy few weeks. 

Could you please change the colours

Could you change the (light blue ) to Black ie for the main colour - (for the play  header slide and everything else ) 

Then could you change the secondary colour ( currently pink) to a bright red ( the same red which is included in the quote on the v bottom of the home page. 

Would it then be possible to send instructions on  how we can change ourselves if we decide this does not work?

We finally managed to change the colour by using the FTP 

Now we can't seem to be able to copy a page - do we need to build each page one by one - as we can't use templates without upgrading? I did think that was what we paid the £80 for. ( ie a template that could be copied - to save time, but now it seems impossible to copy a page once we have built one ) please could you help. 

 I know I've said this before this is the worst template I've ever worked on, I've had so many problems, and building each page one at a time is very time-consuming. 

Please could you let me know if there Is there a way to copy a page ie if you would like 5 or so pages to look the same?

I would also like to add some sections, with a small amount of text and details within the footer - like seen on another website i have worked on. Where it was very simple to add columns and text see attachment 2

Hello, thanks for confirming I'm not going crazy! This is so frustrating why has it been designed so complicated? 

I would just like to make a footer like attachment 1 ( is this possible within this template? ) 

When I go to the footer page template can I delete sections? ie only keep what I wish. I tried making changes to Footer Blog Template for example - but if I add text it comes up with a white background see attachment 2  

Please could you give me instructions on how to build a simple footer like attachment 1 or build a new one for me and add it to the footer template so I can edit the content? ie just 4 columns of white text.
