Hi i purchase this theme few month ago. but i still cant using the theme. after i changing two hosting still facing the same issue . but final the technical support find out this theme not same with my wordpress support 6.10 version. in this case can i make a refund for this theme?

The issue on theme.jpg screenshot can be easily fixed by following: see attach. But only if you imported the demo data correctly, that's coming with the theme.
i already purchase new theme for my website. because of your theme waste my time and my money to purchase 2 hosting and do nothing. here i wish to have a refund , and i not going to take more time for trying something waste my time and my money.
