Hello! 

I bought a theme today that requires a plugin called "WPBakery Page Builder" however, this plugin causes the website to crash and cannot be activated! 

For other themes the plugin works fine. 
I don't feel committable submitting any login information here - if there is no fast and easy fix to resolve this, I am asking for a full refund!
