I’m reaching out regarding the theme I purchased for my website Meson Distro, which is currently not functioning as expected. I’ve followed all the installation steps, including demo import and plugin setup, but the theme either breaks or fails to display the proper content.

I’m within my 6-month support period and I urgently need assistance to fix this, as the delay is affecting the launch of my project. I already attempted to resolve this through Envato, and they directed me back to you as the author.

Please respond at your earliest convenience and let me know how we can move forward to get the theme working properly. If I don’t hear back soon, I will need to escalate the case.

Thanks for your reply. For security reasons, I’m not able to provide direct wp-admin access to my site. However, I am experiencing critical issues with the theme that prevent me from using it as described.

Given that the template fails to load properly even after clean installations, and based on Envato’s refund policy, I am formally proceeding to request a store credit or refund.

Please understand this is not a personal issue — I simply need a functional theme for my business.
