    Hello,

    Just purchased your theme for a new project, However, when I'm installing all the required plugins, it keeps crashing my site, and I have to load a backup.

    There is an issue with WordPress Importer on your website:

    Please try importing the file inside of the archive.

    Can we or could you try disabling your Limit Login Attempts Reloaded plugin?

    Yeah you can disable it until we can fix this.  

    I did, and it says page not found.  What else can we do about this?

    There is a Plugin called WPBakery Visual Composer, which is the one causing the webpage to crash.  is there an alternative way or another plugin I can use to start building the webpage?  I need to start this project and this is causing a major delay.

    With disabled theme and disabled plugins, it still redirects to 404 error page when you try to import the demo data.

    What can we do then.  Since the theme is not working as expected, and we cannot keep delaying the project.  Is this something that you guys can manage internally, or is it something to do with Wordpress.  What are my options?

    I cannot import the demo data without the theme enabled. The issue is with the server not the theme.

    Hello,

    We contacted our hosting provider, and in there end they said that everything is ok.  It should a compatibility issue with the theme.  Can we get a refund for the theme?  Since It's been having a lot of issues with it?  We cannot keep delaying the project.

    When the theme is disabled your website doesn't allow to import the demo data. How is the issue with the theme? Can you import the demo data with the theme disabled?
