    Good day,

    I am experiencing issues with the audio player which plays multiple soundtracks at a time when we play one song after the other.

    Would it be possible to look into it?

    Are you referring to the player under the slider? Or the one in the album section?

    Hello,

    I am referring to the Albums section. 

    Whenever we  play a song from an album, then click on a different song they all play at the same time. 

    The program does not stop the previous song before starting the new one.

    Hi, I really need this done ASAP.

    Bad review incoming  if I don't get a response in 2  hours

    Hi, the issue is still here. 

    Just to be sure, the “Discography” section is where the issue arises. We play a song from any of the albums and if we play a different song, then another one it plays 2, sometimes 3 or 4 songs at the same time. Creating a discordant sound.

    If so, please clear your browser cache manually, so updated js files can be loaded:

    https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

    Only check "Cached images and files" and then clear.

    I am indeed referring to this section of the website.

    Cache has been cleared, and used multiple different computers. Issue is still here.

    The music player is custom. But would updating WPBakery help in any way?

    Compatibility issues could be creating this problem

    I have a really short deadline to respect.

    Can we use a different player and not use this one?

    I'm using chrome, safari and firefox to test all possible issues.

    Mac OS Monterey

    But multiple people with different devices checked it out, and the same issue arises nevetheless.
